How is your town doing? Is there tons of empty commercial real estate? Is this the end of the urban sprawl? Many are losing millions from lost rentals. If the large corporations are having a hard time staying in business how is the little guy going to make it? If debt is money and there is no credit, there is no money! Churches are popping up all over the place. I always see signs saying, "Church such n such coming soon". It easy to make it in business when you can offer something you've got free and not having to pay property tax goes a long way. Only if it was so easy for "For Profit" small business.

I agree.The death of the corporate dinosaurs & malls & shopping centers can be the beginning of new individual businesses. Sadly, many "little people" will die with them, but they can be replaced. Economic diversity will be reborn in America.We're witnessing the deaths of the Wall St. giants. Let 'em die I say! So that we can start over again. Hopefully without the pigs ("elite") who engineered these crises.

this is what happens when you raise a generation of fat, lazy, stupid, american trash that only knows how to consumer spend and ship its manufacturing and productivity to China. Obama thinks spending billions to build bridges and roads will create any value, what an idiot. Waste more of our money to go to fat bankers.
